Olympia Bar & Grill - Welland

Yes we can all agree the olympia can be a dive but the food is worth it especially the wings which are in the top 2 in the city. The calamari has been great and the sovlaki has usually been great. The beer is cold so if your looking for just the basics it's good. We do go about twice a month and the everyday price of the wings is worth it. If they did add some new lighting inside and a freshen up it would help. It may not be the best place for family dining but again it's a dive. Will always go back sometimes for the local patrons entertainment factor alone lol.

Great prices and portions, and the atmosphere is also nice! Great conversation, and they have a patio to eat outside.

I always order take out from here. $5 delivery any where in Welland. The place is a huge dive with amazing food. The wings are to die for with amazing sauce. They have great burger patty with okay buns. They also make good poutine with nice gravy and cheese curds.

If you're looking for a special place to bring that special first date, well, this isn'the the place for that. Maybe not even a not-so-special date. But if you're looking for a place that has cheap booze, good cheap portions of bar/Greek cuisine past 1:00am, and has a "We ain't seen nothing" attitude towards its patrons' interactions, The Olympia Bar & Grill might just be for you. Don't worry, the lighting isn't very bright. But that just makes things look better anyway.

Food was decent. Lots of fat on the souvlaki. Sub and chicken gyro were good. Food prices are excellent. Would eat here again.
