Bidrage med feedbackWe had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. No one answered when we tried to place our order, so we decided to pull up to the window to check if there was a problem. Unfortunately, the employee at the window was quite rude. They informed us that they were busy and that was the reason for the lack of response. The other staff members just stared at us, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. My husband apologized and mentioned that we weren't sure if the drive-thru was functioning properly. If they were indeed busy, a simple and polite response like, "I'm sorry, I'll be with you in a moment," would have made all the difference.
Employees are hard to come by these days, especially in fast food places. The lady walking around today was very nice. When we came in she was folding bags, then went to washing the tables, as a few customers sat she talked to all of the customers,brought them breadsticks and then brought all of us a coupon for next time. Very nice to see. Thank you
Tonight, we visited the restaurant with our granddaughter. While we waited, we observed a young man managing the drive-thru and front counter all by himself. I want to emphasize that I'm not complaining; he truly gave it his all, and I have no issues with the service! It was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for more. I sincerely hope the owner recognizes the hard work of the employees who came in tonight. They deserve a raise for keeping the restaurant open and running smoothly in what seemed like an almost impossible situation. I only noticed three employees, and I'm not exactly sure how many should typically be on duty, but I would imagine it’s more than that. Thank you to everyone who worked after 7 p.m. on 9/29/22, especially to the young man behind the counter – thank you for your outstanding service!
I placed an online order and went to pick it up after 30 minutes, but ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes due to incorrect, missing, cold, and expired items. Fazoli's used to be much better. The next morning, my child woke up with food poisoning as well!
Food honestly sucked, was just thrown together.. no meat sauce on lasagna.. paid over 30$ for two meals spaghetti was cold and the noodles where so soggy they mushed right in the plate Staying at the hospital and went out for dinner and to say theleast it was very disappointing... Won't be going back ... Waste of money. Used to be good many years ago but the place hasdefinitely gone down hill
