Dunkin' - Waukegan

Thank goodness they are a fast friendly staff the area is congested, something to consider now a days. Ty

Dunkin' really needs to improve the consistency of their coffee. Sometimes it's delicious, but other times it has a sour, acidic taste, as if it has been sitting out for too long. I'm not a fan of this inconsistency.

I'm not sure if only the drive-thru is open at 5 a.m., but I couldn't get a coffee when I tried to go inside at 5:15 a.m.

I absolutely love this Dunkin'! It's the only one I go to among all the other locations in Waukegan. The service is fantastic, especially from Kennedy—she's incredibly friendly and always makes my coffee just the way I like it. Her positive attitude ensures that I'm well taken care of during every visit. We've been coming back every day for just over a month now, and I really appreciate how she greets us with "Hello! The usual for you two?" every time.
