Dunkin' - Waukegan

By far my favorite Dunkin in Waukegan. They definitely come in clutch when I?m running late and need a bite to eat before work. My orders have always been correct, unlike a couple of other Dunkins I?ve visited.

To be honest, the food and service were quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed that they don’t offer mayonnaise for the sandwiches. This is my fifth time visiting, and I still think it would be a great idea for them to start providing mayonnaise.

Fantastic coffee and the best Boston cream glazed blueberry donuts in town! This spot is always a great stop for me on my bus rides to and from downtown. The staff is wonderful—no complaints at all. The only area that could use some attention is the upstairs lounge; it could benefit from having the tables, seating, and floors cleaned and disinfected regularly, ideally at least once an hour. They can be quite busy in the morning, but the team remains polite and efficient in getting orders taken care of. Dunkin' Donuts on Washington Street downtown has an amazing staff! Kudos to you all!

I used to visit this place every day, but now I consider it disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee, and it was mostly cream—about 90 percent. When I asked for it to be remade, they did so with no sugar or flavor at all. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. They really need to make some serious changes or consider closing down.
