Always get my online orders right! Food is fresh and service great! Why are they temporarily closed now? Hartford is the next closest and their service is awful! Not allowed to go inside the last time for pickup, doors locked! Forced to wait in drive thru with others ordering... sort of defeated the purpose of ordering online. And Bangor workers start claiming they're out of everything so they can leave early! It sucks Watervliet is closed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love a good sandwich, and when I lived close enough to see a Subway from my front door I visited it at least once a week. This was my first chance to eat at the Watervliet location since it's not super close to where I live. Todays errands took us out to the area so we decided to grab fast food in the area. My husband ordered a chicken-bacon sandwich with pepper jack cheese, had it double toasted, then had honey mustard, chipotle, salt and pepper added. I ordered a foot long spicy Italian sandwich, not toasted, with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, onion and yellow mustard. I got an oatmeal raisin cookie as well. Staff was working hard when we walked in towards the end of the night, one was cleaning and one was making someone else's order. While they seemed well staffed while we were there, I know they're currently having issues keeping employees so the hours posted on the door are not always accurate. I know last time I was in the area I was anticipating them being open and they weren't, so if you are traveling far you may want to call before hand. Bathroom was gender neutral and clean, which is great for a smaller town with not many bathroom options (though I'm sure you have to buy something to be able to use it). Overall this is an average Subway. Food is as expected, store including the bathroom is clean, and staff does their job well.

Sitting here 20 minutes now AFTER the posted open time and they won't open probably because they have 1 person staffed and that's it. But they could at least be professional there's 2 other cars here waiting and 1 has already left so their was 4 families waiting to get food here. Soon there will be 0 because the other people got their windows down and everyone is mad. It's not the workers fault its the owner or manager for not being able to keep this place staffed. This is why people won't work because you can't live on 10$ an hour, and apparently the owner don't care about money because they're lost alot today. Terrible. Never coming back.

Never open. Husband works a couple of doors down and can't get lunch when he wants it from there. Need to change hours if you can't staff it properly.
