Best ice cream I ever ate..always gave them good tips...bought there daughter gifts with my money while she was recovering..but I miss my stuff I bought with my money from selling my camper..miss my pool i bought and my tanning bed I bought and my clothes his dad kept...

Small inside place but good service and who doesn't like ice-cream

Scoops is ALWAYS GOOD. I love its location the beautiful Washington waterfront. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and quick with their sometimes busy customers. Jocelyn loves her one scoop in a cup of Normally lemon (yes lemon) ice cream and I have if lately started ordering the banana pudding ice cream milkshake that they make with milk and add real banana fo it too its SOOOO GOOD.
