Amazing service and always great food Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries are the hands down best fries around

Ive been a little bit under the weather for the past few days, pretty much unable to eat, but all of a sudden I got a taste for Zaxbys chicken. Delicious, as usual, and the fries were lightly salted (yay! and tasty.

I substituted slaw for fries..got slaw anyway...I wanted ranch sauce...paid for an extra and got 1 zax sauce...no ranch

Missing items and credit doesnt even cover reordering them plus having to tip someone else to correct their mistake.

Carla was extremely helpful and very kind. She got my order out quickly and had a genuine smile and attitude. Will be returning asap
