Accused of shoplifting BANNED FOR LIFE due to their ‘SmartShop’ app WiFi faulty. Don’t mind me shopping here x3 a week. One of my items (cost £1,50 didn’t scan on the app -got treated like a criminal by ‘store detective’ named Baa. Did not get the option to pay either, instead gave me this letter (see below!
Awful experience with travel currency, jobsworth inflexible staff took my money but refused to give me my paid for euros. Complaint launched to FCA
Great local store with lovely staff, especially Maureen who is a local legend.
A store with a good amount of choice and easy shopping.
