Arby's - Walterhill

Stopped in at 11:35 was 1 of 2 people in the restaurant and didn’t have my order taken until 11:49, the two workers I seen were very obviously high on something because they couldn’t hardly stay awake taking orders and didn’t get my food until 12:17.

After several visits, In my opinion it's the best Arby's around. One visit was very busy and the staff especially the manager handled everything with efficiency and patience. Other visits were not as busy,but the service and food were great. The new burger was delicious.

The food was good, the service was on par for your average fast food restaurant, and the atmosphere.... It's just an Arby's, what do you expect?

This quickly went from being on of the best Arby's to one of the worst. The past few times I've been here the roast beef has been soggy, and thick-cut. What happened to this place? If I'm paying $6+ for a sandwich it better be made right.

How do you run out of roastbeef at a place thats sells roastbeef for its main menu item i will never waste my time to drive 30 min to get anything from this arbys.very poor management.
