Portofino Italian Restaurant Bar - Waco

Best Italian food in town and the owners are so nice. They have huge portions.

It was good when it was open, but sadly I think its now closed. The one downtown on Austin Ave is a great date night spot with a great atmosphere and large portions!

Can't wait for them to open back up the CS location. This is real food with excellent serviceKid-friendliness: They were all very sweet to our kiddos and let them order on their own and very patient

Hard to go to a place when they don't honor their posted hours. A wasted trip and waste of my time!!!

I have had many dishes and at Portafino's, both locations. Everything including the pizza has been amazing. The dish that sent me here to write a review that to me, tops it all is the baked ziti made with Italian pink sauce! I'm a baked ziti lover and this is the best I've ever had. I also love the atmosphere at Portofino's bc it's like finding Italy in Waco. I've built a cordial and friendly relationship with the owners and their Italian accents and recipes are so genuine, authentic, and friendly. The being Italian family traditions to Waco, highly recommended! Either location. The downtown location has they down town feel and the China Spring location has that family feel. The food is amazing! And mmmmm the bread!
