Bidrage med feedbackEdit: rode up to 3 stars of 1 because the loading owner answered and I got my refund from company. I guess when companies try to make the things right with their customers. I and apparently several other people ordered online just to find out that the load was closed. try to find out how to reimburse a refund currently. I understand that it is probably closed because of the winter storm, but it is unacceptable to take money while closed. definitiw a mistake at the end of the load because they do not report that they are closed, or do not update the website or process for sudden closures.
We called ahead by 20 minutes for a to go order. When I got there I was told it would just be another minute or two before our order was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and finally another employee asked if I was waiting for an order. Told her yes and she looked into it. Said they had messed up our our and remade it and it would be ready soon. I asked what had gotten messed up and she said they forgot to make one of the pizzas. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get my two pizzas. Get them home and one was barely done and the other was almost burned and had a hair on it. Think I will stick to Dominos or Marcos that are almost next door from now on.
1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Placed an order online tonight just to show up to a closed store with a bunch of angry customers outside. What kind of management doesn't set up the store to show closed? Now I'm out of my money and dinner during this random freeze.
I would like to see consistency in their service and how their pizza is made each time.
Amanda and Mallary were great. Mallary made sure order was right and Amanda made sure I was happy with my order. Great teamwork
