Brazos Grille At The Hilton Waco

Closed because of the pandemic...and was not yet open when they visited midwife. please call them before and check them before they meet or work lunch in a quiet half nice room. the website does not exactly reflect business hours or service availability. I'm just trying to write a review and help a person. I imagine when/when this food outlet opens the evaluation 4 5 stars will have.

Fantastic eating. very friendly and attentive service. frequently asked if something else is needed and whether the meal was good. overall this is a great restaurant and I would highly recommend checking it. I had the traditional garden salad and the smoked cheddarburger with waffelfries. the presentation, the spicy on the rider, and the overall taste of everything surpassed my expectations and we are all great. if they sit on the window, they can also get a great view.

Wow! I love, love, love this place. I come here whenever I come downtown to eat. Tonight is, by far, the best I've ever had. Sirloin steak with green beans (came with grilled tomatoes and garic) and Yukon mashed potatoes. Excellant! I have no idea why. On. Friday night it's not busier. But that just makes it better for me!

The service is extremely slow for lunch. It took them over ten minutes to bring a menu, and I actually had to flag a waiter down and ask for it. 25 minutes later they haven't been back to take my order. There there are very few people around, with 2/3rds of the tables empty. The food is OK, but nothing spectacular. Expect to spend a lof it time waiting to be served... Go elsewhere if you want prompt service or if you are in a rush. Many other restaurants nearby across the street.

FANTASTIC. The new chef is great and really understands how to treat his customers. A MUST HAVE for restaurants in Waco. Chef has really turned this place around. I will most definitely be coming back and often. When thinking of Diamond Backs or 1454, this Brazos Grille first and then go! I promise you won't regret it and you will wonder why you hadn't tried it earlier. It's not just your hotel restaurant. It is a destination location just like any other place you go to on purpose.
