Culver’s - W, W Parrish Ave Owensboro

I ordered a kids meal with pretzel bites. When I got home we saw we got a chicken sandwhich instead of pretzel bites. No big deal, it was a mistake that could be rectified, so I thought. My child was in tears, but I called the restaurant back and spoke with Layla Murray who supposedly is a manager. She said she would not give me what I originally was missing if I brought my receipt and the incorrect item I was given back. So I had to go back and order the pretzel bites again and give Culver’s more of my money when they were the ones who made the mistake. I’d understand if I wasn’t able to bring the incorrect item and the receipt back but I was able to do both. Layla is a horrible manager and the staff is overall quite rude.

Nice place, fresh food, and the workers and friendly staff are they help folks out when they need it.

Burgers are one of the best at a fast food restaurant. Went through drive-through, which takes a bit longer. However, this time, it moved right along. Really like it but a bit pricey.

The food here was good as usual. Friendly customer service food brought out to the table with a smile butter burgers are very yummy, and you can't beat the frozen custard.

Please get someone at the drive thru that can listen. I know everyone deserves a chance I support that but Dustin said placed my order the way he thought was best and I'm tired of it. I come here alot for lunch and I order a Culver double deluxe basket and on the side as an extra I want pretzel bites for my snack later in the night at work... He always leaves my fries off I have to fix it all the time
