Miller House - Owensboro

These fine people catered my wedding. My relatives still mention the food. For the last seven years we’ve had our anniversary dinner here and it never fails to impress. So while the menu changes a few times a year, I have just three words. Bourbon Bacon Glaze. Oh freakin wow was it good.

We celebrated my in-laws 50th anniversary with dinner at The Miller House. We had a large party, 16 total, and the staff was completely accommodating and patient, especially when we had two toddlers with us and everyone on separate checks. The ambience was warm and inviting and the wrap around porch out front was completely dreamy. While we didn't eat in the bar area downstairs, I ran down to take a look and I can see myself coming back to the enjoy this unique experience. The food was delicious. I selected the Airline Chicken with risotto and sautéed spinach and I couldn't get enough. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the risotto melted in my mouth. The servers were extremely friendly and kind. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back.

Our out-of-town family always wants to go to Miller House, and we are never disappointed. The staff is wonderful in dealing with out 20+ crowd, and the food and drinks are first-class. Great atmosphere for fun, family, and food!

My dad took me and my little sister here last night for our annual Christmas dinner and I have to say, I got the best sirloin I have ever had! It was so tender and cooked to perfection! The friend green tomatoes and loaded mashed potatoes were the perfect sides to go with it. We also had the spinach dip as our appetizer and was amazing. I highly recommend this place for any special get together!

The Miller House is definitely my favorite place in Owensboro. Great food, great bourbon, fantastic staff and friends and love the owners! You are my place
