The kitchen at this restaurant is beautiful, the staff is courteous, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I have been to this restaurant in June 2018 and June 2019. The quality of the kitchen has not declined, and I especially enjoyed the Caesar salad with shrimp, sushi rolls (they have a variety), cheese soup, and pizza. Some people have mentioned that the waiters are not polite, but we have never experienced this; the staff is young and efficient (they work one per table) and communicate well. It is true that there can be a long wait for orders during busy times when all tables are occupied, but the waiter usually informs customers about the delay. Orders are served quickly on weekdays.

The bartender only spoke Russian, not English at all, and the menus were also only in Russian.

Salad, julienne arrived in 30 minutes, chicken soup in 40, and two simple pancakes (attention !! in 50 minutes ... There were almost no visitors, but neither the cook nor the waiters were in a hurry.

Caesar salad with prawns! This is the most delicious Caesar salad I have ever had! And it is also the largest portion of Caesar salad I have ever received. For 400 rubles, they serve a substantial plate with four grilled king prawns on top, generously covered with cheese (I believe it was Parmesan), along with the usual green leaves, crispy baguette croutons. Another margherita and vegetarian pizza were ordered, and once again, the cheese did not disappoint. The pizza had a generous amount of cheese that stretched when you took a slice. The pizza was made on a thin, crispy crust which I prefer. The toppings were also plentiful. As for the service, it was not intrusive and everything was handled politely. However, be prepared for a wait during peak hours as the restaurant tends to get very busy. I have been to this place multiple times and when ordering during non-peak hours, the wait for the dishes was around 10 minutes. But during busy times, the wait can be up to 40 minutes if all tables are occupied. I also tried the sushi and it was good and delicious. I have not come across such good sushi in St. Petersburg before. Overall, a great dining experience.
