Le Relais du Morvan - Vézelay

It was a terrible experience, not worth a cent of the geldes output: starting with a kir aperitif that tasted like bad spiritus, then continuing a chèvre ( goat cheese) fried too much and to a gut breast that with much to...mouch soy sauce with a totally inattentive service (watern) completely uninterested in any feedback. one of the worst experiences in burgund!

Beautiful regional kitchen with large service. we recommend the entrecote, burger with epoisse and the fondant

Restaurant was very busy, well what we reserved. the service was quite fast. the cheese (3 different we ordered as an appetizer was ingenious, but served without honey or jam. the main course was wrong, but was replaced without problems. perhaps they repeat the order, they would eat time and eat, especially with foreigners speaking another. we finally got our rinderbourguignon, and it was okay for the first time for us, so I can't really rate it. paid parking directly in front of location bill very high as the wee (in the opposite they were produced! they see more expensive than in the country!

Ordered boeuf bourguignon, got terrine! Dessert came with spray cream and partners poivre au vin tasted fermented. When challenged we were told it was our fault and no attempt made to apologise. Frankly very disappointing.

Arrivés à l'improviste en plein coup de feu nous avons été bien accueilli. La formule à 22€ (entrée, plat, dessert) est à privilégier car elle offre un rapport qualité prix correct.Le choix des plats est assez large. Le gaspacho de concombre nous a particulièrement plu. Le thon rouge était bon, peut être un peu trop cuit. Service sympathique et efficace.
