First Watch - Vestavia Hills

I’ve been going here since 2017 and I’ve always had a great experience! The waiters and waitresses are always very attentive. The atmosphere is wonderful and I love the openness of the restaurant. They have a variety of items to choose from , from healthy to hearty! Their coffee is amazing and you can even purchase it, one of my favorite starters is the Kale Tonic it’s so refreshing , I would highly recommend if your looking for a nice brunch place with great eats .

I visited for the first time with some friends who had recommended it, and I'm so glad I did! It was definitely worth my time. The omelette I ordered (with everything) was fantastic, and the dollar bacon was a great deal. I'm sure I'll return the next time I'm at a First Watch!

We recently visited for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and we were seated quickly. Our meals arrived in a reasonable time, even after the church crowd.

Nice to have a breakfast spot in that locale. I had the steak and eggs which was ok, the fried potatoes were not good. My wife had the egg credible omelet which was nice. I will definitely try it again. The manager was very friendly

Everything was delicious from the drinks to the food. The wait was about and our so we waited out on the patio. We tried all of the fresh juice drinks while waiting and drying our meal. We ordered the French toast and smoke salmon and veggie frittata and my sister has the steak omelette. The grits weren’t all that, but we would definitely return.
