Pizza Ranch - Verona

Just read a sweating criticism and had to laugh. As a person of color to say that your supplied food was not for your pleasure because of the skin tone of the driver is crazy. Since the takeover of the new management, families of all races FINALLY feel comfortable in Pizza Ranch. We always get a greeting, a smile and amazing service. What's wrong is right. What is wrong with people to think that they do not like other guilt for them a certain food, and expect a reason. Did you get what you ordered? I'm sorry you didn't like it, but that's not the problem of restaurant or staff. Don't you know why? If your setting on the phone was as in this review, we both know why. I'm sorry the restaurant has to put people on the maps of the world.

Good chicken, pizza and salad buffet. Drinks and desert pizza and ice cream to complete it! Back June 2022 for the buffet for the first time after COVID. My family was disappointed. First, the price went. Over $60 for 4 of us! The food bar seemed to be missing. Pizza's were all thin crusts missing from the blows. No cookies or potato wedges on the bar. It would have been nice to have chicken ornaments (which are on the regular menu) on the food bar, but they were 't. I also noticed when the food dishes were flatter. They quickly empty and were slowly refilled. The robust coffee was weak and cold. The best part was the desert pizza we served with the self soft ice cream.

Custom pizza was great but absolutely NOTHING was stocked. Everything was empty and it took forever to get them refilled. Our waitress was nice and once they were informed the refilled what ran out but as a buffet this should be checked on and tended to without having to ask about EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING? EVERYTHING!!! Would give a 1 because I was the only one that liked the food (mostly cold), but our waitress was very good. Wouldn't go back for a while but I haven't lost hope. Ps how don't you have lettuce in a salad bar?! Cmon now. Many locations aren't this way but it was very sad for the price what we experienced.

Love it! My favorite pizza was the Hawiian-esque one with spicy mango sauce. The taco pizza with Doritos on it was a unique twist that made it much better than normal taco pizza. They were slammed when we got there, because of a party it seemed. Pizza was being taken as soon as it was sat down. So we had to be patient, but at the end of our visit they were getting a lot of new kinds out quickly and the rush calmed down. I?m very glad we stayed patient as it was well worth it.

Delicious brunch! Verybgood biscuits and gravy. Took a while to get someone to refill the bacon and syrup tho so a little inconvenience. But the food is always hot. The first time I went the private room was still dirty and had to ask someone to vacuum and wipe down tables but the 2nd time was better. The people at the front cashier have always been friendly. Will definitely go back
