Buffalo Wild Wings - Vernon Hills

First off, the waiter took around 10 minutes before taking our order. We ordered fries as an appetizer, never ended up getting them. When we got our food, the person I was with didn’t even get all of the wing flavors she asked for. I asked for my wings to be extra wet (very saucy) and they were as dry as a dessert. I needed water to wash them down, but I couldn’t get any because our waiter didn’t even check on us once. He was too busy watching a football game. At the end, it was even a struggle just to get the check and leave. Never coming back, this place isn’t even deserving of one star.

I want to start by saying that this is a location I go to frequently and although it is never amazing. I can usually rely on getting my order done correctly and in a timely manner. Today however was very different. I went today 10/16 with a friend to try and kill an hour and half before going out. Thinking we had plenty of time to sit and eat (even though it was Sunday and football was going on) I thought we would be close and if it was a bit longer than okay. How wrong I was!! We get in at 1:40 am ignored for the next 45 minutes to not have our table wiped down, anyone come give us menus, anyone bring water. Or for that matter no one even noticed us. I am a pretty understanding person having been in the food business myself and tried to give them some slack as you could see the servers were all running around. When it got to 2:30 I had noticed that another table that came in at the same time we did had just received their check and were leaving. Along with that a table who had just been seated we’re getting there second drinks and appetizer. When my friend and I had one thing of water (which I had to flag a server to get) and our orders “put in” even though I can guarentee they weren’t. When confronting the manager at 2:45 we still had no food and he wreaked of smoke and was extremely dismissive of anything. After all of that I said that I was done and they brought my food anyway at half off as compensation. Not looking to come back here any time soon and recommend others to not as well. Very disappointed.

Order every Tuesday, order always great BUT two weeks ago didn’t get what I ordered traditional wings with hot buffalo sauce they gave me original seasoning.. called and was able to get a credit; this week we placed an order again and I stated to please make sure I got original hot buffalo sauce as my order was incorrect last time and when I got home and took out my order it was wrong. my error for not checking there and then called and the manager said I placed the wrong order !

Messed up our order multiple times and food quality is below average compared to other locations.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!! The staff were not polite at all, and really unorganized. We were waiting to be seated and no one came to greet us. We saw three staff members by the pickup area and we asked if someone was coming to get seated, they just looked at us and said no, we then asked if we just seat whatever we wanted to and one of them moved his head to said yes We also waited for a waitress to get our order but no one came, so when we saw one of them walking by our table, we stopped her and asked if someone can take our order because we were ready, she said -one moment, then came back with the menus and we told her that we didn’t need the menus, because we were ready. And she just said -okay one second and didn’t come back So we left. The one in Gurnee or Round lake are waaaaay more friendly and organized. Never coming back!!!
