Bidrage med feedbackEither their espresso machine is broken or an oven is broken 90% of the time, which just leads me to believe they don't want to cook food or make espresso drinks. The drive thru line is always a mile long because they take forever so I will drive past andgo out of my way to another coffee shop just to avoid spending 20-30 minutes in a drive thru line. I thought maybe if I goinside when the line is long it will go faster. Nope. Inside takes just as long if not longer. Don't even bother with thisdunkin, you can get better coffee and food at BA in town.
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food and drinks are good, sometimes they?re garbage. Everyone who works there is rude af- I would be about bowled over if someone actually offered a smile and a nice word for me when I order/pick up. They?veturned off mobile ordering recently bc they are ?understaffed?, although every time I?ve been in there I?ve seen five or sixemployees and absolutely NOBODY works with any urgency. I?ve been in other locations that have less resources and they are moreconsistent and friendly. Do better DD Vermilion.
Mobile ordering has been off since Labor Day. I was going here almost every day and mobile ordering made it easier to do that. The drive-through line is absolutely ridiculous most of the time. I?m down to one or two days a week because of this. I know Iam only one person and I?m not going to make a difference but would really like to have that convenience back
The service was awful and the food was all burnt. Everyone working except the guy taking our order was rude.
Got an amazing butter pecan iced coffee and very friendly service.
