We ordered on a Friday and called them after an hour to check on the order. Got a call back from them apologizing that the order was missed and that they were making to order and would be covering the charge. Great customer service and the food was delicious!! I tried the hand-tossed crust, and it had a nice thickness to it. The mozzarella sticks were pretty standard, but quite enjoyable.
