La Cigale Pizzeria - Verdun

Pizza was not great for the price point. Feels like it wasn't fresh

La Cigale are conveniently located on the main road in pointe aux Canonniers. They offer a varied menu and pizza is in the super thin base style. As for the pizza itself, absolutely delicious and preparation is efficient and prompt. Unfortunately they do not accept cards but juice and cash are accepted

Excellent restaurant with delicious stone baked pizza, as well as salads. Selection of pizzas is near endless! Very reasonably priced and generous portions. Cash only payment.

Good Restaurant with Room of Improvement! Had a nice time for dinner at La Cigale. Quiet atmosphere, probably because the restaurant was not crowdy at that moment. Food was okayish (had tagliatelle with Hawaiian sauce). The price, especially for the steaks seemed to be exorbitant. Sad that I didn't try the pizzas as they looked great and loved the fact that they have a live cooking station for the pizzas. Staff were nice, well-mannered and focused in their work. Payment unfortunately is by cash or Juice (Internet Banking) only. Would have been great if they could provide payment by card facilities. I paid via Juice. However I had issues connecting to internet due to poor mobile data commection. So, that was stressing. Would have been great if there was wifi.

Best pizza we've ever had....the seafood pizza is a must!
