The Ravenala Attitude - Port Louis

It has been our second day at the Resort and what an experience! Everything is perfect and all the Ravenala family staff are so kind and caring. Tonight we ate at Lime and had the most amazing and delicious food. We were assisted by Avinash and he assisted us so well with a lot of friendliness as well as perfect service. Would highly recommend anyone to enjoy an evening at Lime.

My stay at Ravenala was exceptional and exquisite. The food was terrific, especially the main courses and desserts. I had a fantastic rest, and the views of the hotel were breathtaking. The interior decor was also my favorite part of my hotel room. My downside was not having a bathtub, and my bathroom flooded with water when I showered. The staff was initially welcoming but maybe a bit rude later on. But it's okay. I forgive the individual staff member/team. All in all, my stay was truly memorable. I would recommend it.

This hotel was a perfect getaway for me and my partner. It’s in a great location, the beach and the pool were great. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The service we received was top notch and the food was perfect! What topped it all off was the management cocktail night, where they told us more about the hotel and their sustainability efforts. It made me so glad to have chosen this hotel. The room was a decent size with a good balcony, ideal for 2 weeks. In case you don’t like dogs, they do have dogs roaming around, but they’re really no bother at all! I love dogs so didn’t have an issue with it, was nice to see and know they were getting looked after by the staff. If you’re into fitness they have a decent little gym and plenty of classes for you to get involved in. They offer lots of other great activities either by the pool or on the beach, where you can paddle board and go out snorkeling. Even though we were all inclusive we had to try their riviera restaurant, which is at an extra cost. We went twice we loved it so much. The service team there were so friendly and accommodating, and the food was insane. I really didn’t know what to expect from this hotel when I first booked but me and my partner loved it so much that if/when we go back to Mauritius we’ll be staying at this hotel again. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you to all the Ravenala staff for looking after us!

We recently had stayed at Ravenala and this place is magical. It was a real pleasure from the start to the finish of our stay. Nicolas has been a real professional, friendly and wonderful person. He has been assisting us in making our stay an absolute delight. His devotion, full of life attitude has been incredible. We have received a warm welcome, genuine smiles and impeccable service at the hotel. The hotel itself is a masterpiece full of comfort and zen places to enjoy and relax.

The hotel’s attention to detail was impeccable. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, with tasteful decor and luxurious amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the panoramic view from my window was simply breathtaking. Nicolas possesses an incredible combination of compassion and dedication. He has been assisting us in uncountable ways. The staff are also welcoming.
