Bidrage med feedbackI am disappointed with the Dunkin' Donuts location in my neighborhood. We visit this place frequently, but it is frustrating how often our orders are wrong. It seems like there may be new staff members who need proper training and guidance. As a well-known brand, Dunkin' should not have careless mistakes in their service. Using the same knife for different ingredients is a health risk for customers. While we love Dunkin', we feel that the quality of respect, preparation, and presentation has declined at this location. We will visit a different Dunkin' location in South Trail in Venice in the future. It is unfortunate to see a decline in quality in today's workforce. Dunkin' can do better.
I was disappointed to order a $6 coffee and not receive what I requested. I asked for 3 shots, 2 sugars, and 1 pump of mocha, but instead received 5 shots, 1 Splenda, and 3 pumps of mocha. While this may not seem like a big deal, if I am paying for a coffee I expect to receive the correct ingredients. I am paying for a service that they are not delivering on. If this happened only once or even a few times, I would overlook it. However, if this continues, I will stop coming here and make my own coffee, which would be cheaper.
We have the new brown sugar cream cold brew. delicious! it will have redefined. very good service and a lot of seating area.
Ordered a lemonade. It was awful. Did not taste like lemonade—more like watered down grapefruit and left unpleasant after taste. Second time there and both times not a good experience. First time I figured it was a fluke. Will never go back to that location.
Irritated because I come here every day. Even the like oil on it is like cold. Honestly super gross. Waste of money.
