Mcdonald's - Venice

The drive-thru line was very long, so I decided to go inside instead. It was a mistake. The store had been renovated and it was no longer the welcoming McDonald's it used to be. There was no drink station inside and they seemed to be focused only on drive-thru customers. I waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger meal, which I thought was ridiculous. When I finally received my food and mentioned the long wait, the staff seemed unapologetic and dismissive. It felt like they were prioritizing drive-thru customers over those dining in. The dining room was no longer welcoming, with signs prohibiting loitering and limiting dining time to 15 minutes. My family and I will not be returning to McDonald's again.

The fries tasted old and were quite cold. I ordered a plain cheeseburger but received a regular hamburger instead. It took 15 minutes to get our food. I would not recommend going to this restaurant at all.

The staff at this restaurant have attitude issues and do not know how to handle customers. The girl working at the window needs anger management as she was extremely rude.
