Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Vaughan

I have a love/hate relationship with Popeyes. I usually get the mild bone-in chicken and it is so much better than any competitor that I have tried. The pieces are large, tender, and very tasty. All good there. The unfortunate part is that I have had some poor service on more than one occasion. One time our fries were thrown into the bottom of the bag, no container, and with everything else on top. Weird. Another time, almost an hour before closing, they had no more chicken...they had basically closed up and we were left with, well, leftovers. A quick feedback email and they apologized and offered me some free combos. Looks like they have some service issues to sort out, but they are definitely working at it.

First time in my life I was told a time to completion and was fully prepared and complete on time. The time was 3min for fresh onion rings . Great staff very friendly fast and efficient great job guy's good communication. Will definitely return there.

I came here with my family and was super happy but these guys fully ruined my mood. Especially their managers who have no idea how to speak to a customer and they have 3 managers working but they all seem to have no common sense. Thuminsveer and naiyya or however you spell their name are the worst workers ever and don’t even know how to treat a customer. I wanted to have a nice time with my family and I come to wonderland a lot and I love Popeyes but these guys ruined it for me and I won’t be coming again here.

Smaller location but food was good. I ordered 3 piece chicken and got two wings and a thigh I'm one order which wasn't great as I was expecting a leg, wing, and thigh. Apart from that it was goodKid-friendliness: Has toddler seats

As you see on there website it says 11pm closed by they close we 10:30, I walked in at 10pm and they told me they only has like 3 pieces of chicken mean while they are still open till 10:30 if I had a chance to give them zero stars I would!
