LE PIRENN - Vannes

An actual authentic French café/bar which serves home-made food with a friendly service. It's more of a place for locals but the boss was delighted to find Anglos coming in for lunch. There's not much choice; I think it's usually a fish dish done...a few different ways and then the usual (French) pub grub. Me old China from London went for the Croque Monsieur which looked great. My fish and fondue of leeks dish was kinda like a parmentier but it was lovely and well worth the It was packed so you probably should book. Dunno if they speak English Highly recommended for lunch

Here for a few well appreciated beers stopped while sitting on the pflastertic. beautiful staff, good location and lots of trade.

An authentic French cafe/bar serving homemade dining with a friendly service. it's more a place for locals, but the boss was thrilled to find 4 glossoms for lunch. there is not much choice; I think it's a fish dish in the rule. a few different possibilities and then the usual (French) pub grub. my old china from london went for the croque monsieur who looked great. my fish and fondue the Laeks bowl was kind of like a cellar, but it was nice and well worth the 8€. it was packed so you should probably book. dunno, if they speak English highly recommended to lunch

Comme un bistrot ... un menu différent chaque jour pour une petite pause de produits frais et locaux du marché, juste à côté... Le café aussi est bien tassé et les sourires en plus...Zut je n'ai pas fait de photo mais vous n'allez qu'à y aller, vous goûterez !

C'est frais, sympathique, rapide, délicieux ...Bref c'est impeccable.Adresse à garder pour les prochains passages vannetais !
