Bidrage med feedbackThere’s only one Starbucks in town, and it’s a bit frustrating that they require customers to hold the card reader. If you refuse, the staff can be rather rude and insist that you cannot pay without doing so. Given the current concerns about germs, this policy is quite worrying. I have a chip on my card, so I just tap it quickly. While waiting in line, it’s hard not to notice the many unsettling individuals nearby; at one point, someone even threw rocks at cars in the drive-thru. Overall, it feels a lot like getting coffee in downtown Portland.
The woman at the counter who helped me with my order was amazing. She was extremely patient, especially considering that I'm not very familiar with ordering fancy coffee drinks.
Dear readers, heed my warning: this previously inviting location has lost its appeal. Look for warmth and respect in other places, where your creativity can flourish and your interactions feel genuine. Let my experience steer you away from this disappointing chapter at Starbucks.
I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get a plain decaf coffee, which is unacceptable! I believe I’ll take my business elsewhere. Dutch Bros serves fantastic coffee and has a much faster service.
I ordered the same drink I've been enjoying for months, but they just couldn't get it right. It's a straightforward drink with just one simple substitution—a change that a Starbucks barista had originally suggested to me. This is the first Starbucks location that has been unable to make it correctly, and the barista even made me feel foolish for pointing out the error.
