Taco Bell - Urbana

They were very busy, but the person who worked the drive thru was very polite. the order was correct and they officially returned the Mexican pizza! Yummy....now I'd love it if they brought back volcanic tacos, that were my absolute favorite!

The taco bell in urbana ohio can be a hit or miss on eating. on the other day when I went to eat, tasted like any other taco bell, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is why I give these 4 stars. I wanted to try something new and ask the hired person to make a suggestion. they gave me the suggestion of a breakfast currito I didn't have. When I asked, they tell me that this is good because they work here or because it is really good? 'The employee answered honestly: 'Both. 'I proposed the breakfast burrito her and it was not bad at all. the hired was friendly and is the reason why I say 4 stars. it would be 5, but eating just didn't get her the fifth star. not bad, but nothing special. the employee was the main reason for this assessment.

I had some delicious cinnamon twists at the restaurant, and the service was acceptable as well.

If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. I was only disappointed on 3/17/22 at 12:42 during the night shift. Ashley can really go to hell. I couldn't use the drive-thru because I was in a truck, so I had to go inside to let them know. When I told her I couldn't use the drive-thru, she said she couldn't take my order because of upper management. It's unprofessional if they can't handle a simple task like taking an order at Taco Bell. Bad for business.

The staff was attentive and efficient, the food was delicious, and they accommodated all of our requests without any mistakes. We will definitely be returning there again soon.
