Ihop - Uniontown

I've been the worst! I knew that this was going to happen when I went to the door and no one else could eat in there and not another person in the 1 1/2 hours went on to sit and wait for our food. the server was very nice and polite, but then this place is simply not right. which restraunt brings apart each separate plate 1 by 1 20 minutes? Do you not think that family wants to eat together? they weren't even busy, we were the only people in there and we saw that 7 different workers are walking around, nothing to do! it's really something wrong with this place. I promise you we're not back. the bathroom smelled like a house and were very dirty, the server didn't even give silverware that we had to stand up and go asking anothee workers who were standing there doing nothing for them. that was the worst experience of my life! hold the wrong thing quiet! close the doors at this place!

The eggs were not completely finished with my taste. everything else was okay. pancakes were good. waitress was excellent and friendly. the meal has risen in price, so that for me a return will not be soon.

During my visit to IHOP in Greensburg, I didn't have to pay for any extras. However, my experience at the Uniontown location was quite different. The service was lacking and I was charged for every additional item, including birthday icing and Hollandaise sauce. I found this to be very disappointing. I even hesitated to ask for a cup of water, fearing that I would be charged for it by the manager.

The customer service is from the charts. I took my son there for pancakes and a milkshake, and all were so helpful and constantly ensured that we were taking care of it. these young people earn props.

We waited 45 minutes for our food, despite there being only 8 people in the entire restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. The manager was cooking in the kitchen instead of greeting customers. Our food sat under the heat lamp for so long that my scrambled eggs turned into rubber. The pancakes were supposed to come with bananas, but the waitress failed to inform us that they were out of them. The table next to us waited 15 minutes for toast. As someone in the food service industry and a sous chef, I would have retrained the waitress if this had happened in my kitchen. The manager refused to address the issues and remained in the kitchen cooking. It seems like he may have been promoted to manager without proper training. With only 8 tables, the staff could not handle the load. I would not recommend dining at this IHOP in the Uniontown area today. The service was very poor, and if I had the chance, I would have fired the young waitress with black hair and the manager as well.
