Caporella's - Uniontown

This restaurant is clearly a magnet for both locals and tourists visiting the Frank Lloyd Wright attractions in the area. Getting a reservation is not easy, however, because the phone goes unanswered a significant portion of the time and the place is packed. We wound up seating at the bar where the bartender was tending to about a dozen customers, plus a handful of tables and making drinks for the other wait staff. Somehow, by working incredibly hard and efficiently, he provided great service. The food was somewhat mixed: great pizza from the pizza oven, but absolutely lead-weight gnocchi. Giant portions. Decent drink menu and reasonable price point.

Great dinners. They have pizza on Friday-Sunday. We were disappointed with the pizza. Very burnt edges. Very thin crust.

Pavarotti in the background! Sat at the bar because seating had a bit of a wait meaning this establishment is busy for a reason. Certainly more authentic than the competition around the corner see my review. The special was excellent flavorful spinach gnocchi with tender chicken and mushroom Alfredo sauce was absolutely spot on! Desert why yes of course you should save room for desert! Italian lemon cream cake yum! Cappuccino finitosi!

Fond this gem, after Dr appointment. Amazing Italian food. The gonnich was excellent nice and firm. The fig appetizers was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
