Pizza Hut - Tyler

I had been on a keto diet and experimented with several keto pizza recipes, but I have to say, nothing compares to authentic pizza. On the day we visited, the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, which caused some delays in getting our food. However, we chose to relax and enjoy our time with our daughter and have a leisurely, cozy dinner. I'm not sure if this is the norm for the restaurant or if it was just an off day for them. Despite the wait, the food was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly and efficient.

I enjoy her pizza experience, but I don't appreciate the company office that answers the phone only after the fourth ring.

I've been to this restaurant about four times in the past few weeks since the takeover, and each visit has been fantastic. We're planning to go back tonight. The manager, Randy, is very friendly and even treated us to some complimentary cinnamon rolls to try! I highly recommend this place!

South of Tyler. Very small, but a lot of business. Conveniently located where you can order while you are shopping and how you go, just stop picking up order as you go home. Great to help with the staff. Very clean area too?.

We came in and ordered. Micheal was at the cash register. He was very kind and polite. He took our order and repeated it back to us. He was very patient and very helpful. The manager was also there, he was helpful and visible to us, the only negative was, the special was any 2 med pizza 2 toppings 5.99 , how ever you couldn't get the pizza with double the same toppings, for example, med pizza with double chicken, so had to be like chicken and something else, or they would charge you extra, even though, it's med with 2 toppings, just twise the amount of the same toppings!!!!!
