I ordered Thanksgiving meals online to be picked up at an assigned time at the Tyler location. My husband and I were en route to Tyler to spend Thanksgiving Day with my mother when we experienced extreme car trouble and were unable to continue on. I called Cracker Barrel to inquire about delivery services that might be able to pick up one of the meals and take it to my mother in a senior community. Instead, Delane made sure the meal was delivered herself. She went above and beyond expectations to see that Mom got the meal she had been looking forward to. I am impressed and grateful to Cracker Barrel and especially Delane for making everything work out for us when she certainly didn't have to.

If you have a big family don't go here! My family and I have eaten Thanksgiving breakfast at Cracker Barrel for years. It's usually a 5 star experience, but this year they refused to sit a party of 13 together. The manager told us that they are not allowed to move the tables, so we would have to sit separately. We ended up having to change our tradition and settle for ihop. Meal type: Breakfast
