Rude man with hair that’s not been washed in over a year greeted me at the window. Said it’s closed. I told him there is a sign saying go around gray car. What I did. He said they put the cone there. SO what. I still went around the gray car I pointed to my dogs. He said leave them in the car or go somewhere else. Nice customer service from a business owner.

Ordered there the first timeI didn't like the chips they were overly seasoned and salty.Service was okay.

You know that feeling when you crave fried chicken? I've had it for a few weeks now. After looking over reviews, we decided to try this KFC it had the better rating of the 3 in the Tyler area.We came at 3:30 in the afternoon, but the chicken was still hot and fresh. Everything tasted just like it should, except... I think KFC has taken their salt content down a notch in the Original Recipe. No Gripes! I appreciate it.The only reason I didn't go 5 stars was that the dining area needed some TLC cleaning; not bad, but not up to par. Understandable since, like nearly every other business, they may be a bit under staffed.Otherwise the service and food was good and the staff was so friendly!Nice to have a good option when the chicken craving hits!

O KFC, thy name doth ring true, For thou art a place of fried chicken and despair.I have come to thee many times, Seeking a delicious meal, But each time I am disappointed.Thy menu is always out of items, And thy tables are always greasy. The staff is rude and unhelpful, And the food is mediocre at best.I have given thee many chances, But I have finally given up. I will never go to thee again, For thou art a place of misery.Farewell, KFC, And may thy reign of terror soon come to an end.Alas, I doth despair, For I have no other place to go for fried chicken. But I will not give up hope, For I know that there must be a better KFC out there somewhere.Until then, I will continue to eat my sorrows away, With a bucket of greasy chicken from thy foul establishment.A plague upon thee, KFC, And may thy tables forever be greasy.

Restaurant was clean, service was prompt. Food was hot, fresh and appetizing. No complaints.
