Bidrage med feedbackFor an IHOP it's alright, you know what you're getting. At least one employee went to the restroom and didn't wash their hands. Our server was kind and responsive. It was crowded when we went, so there was a bit of a wait to be seated and order. All in all it's an average IHOP, not great, but not bad either
The food was delicious. My spinach and mushroom omelet was executed to perfection. My blueberry pancakes were good as well. My wife enjoyed her strawberry banana French toast too. Our waiter, Joshua, was excellent. IHOP clearly isn 't a Five Star restaurant but it is a far better value!
We arrived around 8:30 a.m. and were seated quickly. Our drink orders were taken promptly, and I ordered coffee and sweet tea. The drinks arrived swiftly, but I wasn't asked if I wanted creamer, which was fine since I also forgot to mention it to our waiter. Unfortunately, he didn't return for refills, so I missed the chance to request creamer then. After about 30 minutes, he brought our food. My over-medium eggs were overcooked, and my French toast was cold. My husband's French toast was also cold. The woman sitting in front of us even sent her pancakes back because they were cold as well. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was no toilet paper available in the dispenser. I left disappointed and could only imagine how poorly the kitchen was maintained. If the restaurant had been busy, I might have understood some of these issues, but it wasn't. I wouldn't recommend this particular IHOP.
Additionally, I was left without a drink for quite some time, as the waitress didn’t check on us until it was time for the bill. I even placed my cup at the edge of the table to signal that I needed a refill. Eventually, she brought a refill along with the bill, but by that point, I had almost finished my meal. The burger was actually quite good, even with the toast, but the fries were just mediocre. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress was friendly but not very attentive or considerate. I understand that the cook might not have informed her about the bun situation until the food was ready, but I still feel that it’s someone’s responsibility to communicate these things beforehand.
My school regularly holds performances at the theater, and this restaurant has consistently provided catering for us. Each time, we bring around 55 people, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and patient with our large group. They genuinely appreciate our business. Overall, it's a fantastic place—the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and it’s a great spot to unwind after a theater performance.
