What is the point in getting a drink carrier if y’all are going to put it in a sack?? Never in my life have I seen this done? Also when I got home to out of the three drinks that I purchased had been squished and broken all in the bag. I also wasn’t given straws. A young gentleman was fixing to hand me my drink carrier when a girl Abigail came up and told him to put it in the bag. What is the point in putting it in the bag I would’ve made it home with all of my drinks because you decided to put it in a bag it ended up everywhere.

Ordered $52 worth of food. 9 Carolina reaper tacos. 3 of them had meat 6 did not. I called DQ and spoke with Abigail. I told her there was no meat on 6 of my tacos and she told me”3 of my guys are telling me there is.” She asked me to come back up there so I did. She seemed very surprised that there was no meat. Didn’t apologize for pretty much calling me a liar. I had also ordered nachos which I left home while I went back up there. My husband asked if they were going to replace our nachos? At first, they told us yes. Then came back and asked if we brought them with us?? Really? Well no, then Abigail refused to replace them. If we didn’t bring them she couldn’t give us any fresh ones. Although I didn’t want to go back that night I did because they thought I was lying. We will not be going back to this DQ, although we ate we there atleast twice a week.
