I would not recommend this restaurant. They seem to be understaffed and poorly managed. The manager appears to lack proper oversight and has been dishonest with customers. We waited over an hour for our food, only to be informed that they had run out of hamburgers. The Hilton needs to take control of the situation. They shouldn't accept reservations if they can’t manage the volume, especially when their focus seems primarily on hotel guests.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant—possibly the worst I've ever had. It was simply terrible.
Wholly unsatisfactory we were seated for 45 minutes before we were told that there were only two people working in the kitchen and that the food would take longer than usual to come out. We watched as table after table was seated, but there was no food in sight. We finally got our food (two burgers, two chicken finger baskets merely passable quality) after an hour and a half and only after saying we were leaving. We spoke to the manager, who had no answer for why they were seating people without any warning as to their kitchen situation. They were already running a very limited menu and clearly couldn’t handle even that. The only reason this place can seemingly continue to exist is because it’s in a college town with extraordinarily high demand on certain days it would be out of business anywhere else in a week.
Limited menu since it was a game day and it still took so long to get our food and the waitresses were so few and so busy that there was zero follow up to our table. I actually felt bad for the waitresses but it was a terrible experience because I guess lack of staff? It’s unfortunate because it is a sweet place to have a restaurant
