Taco Bell - Tuscaloosa

The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly. Our order was accurate and served quickly. While I don't typically eat fast food often, I would consider returning for another visit if the staff continues to be friendly.

I used my credit card at the restaurant and later discovered that someone tried to make a $1300 purchase online for Dior products using my card information. Luckily, the card company stopped the attempted theft.

The man in the window was so nice, I think he said his name was tony. I really hope that was his name. but he was manager and I told him that he was one of the nicest people I had ever met to work in almost food and they have a great person in the window.

During the day this drive thru is fine. But currently I’ve been here for an hour with 10 cars in the line on a Wednesday.

Impossible to order what you actually want unless you go through drive thru. The kiosk you are *required* to use doesn't have ANY of the featured boxes or deals, neither does the mobile app. Very frustrating if you want to dine in. The problem would be solved if the kiosk represented the physical menu specials at all OR if they would take orders.
