Bidrage med feedbackThey literally gave me 75% of a smoothie and had the nerve to swerve it around in the cup so it would look full. But I didn?t trip. I just figured that since I?m cutting back this would be fine. Then I started drinking it. Lump after lump came through the straw. So basically just throw anything together which is why I stopped fooling with the one close to my house. I should have just kept on going. They are normally way better at that one but I?m just done with them. From now on if I want a healthy option I will just get a bottled smoothie from the market
They were sending everyone away and claiming they would only do Doordash and Uber orders today. ????
I caught the bogo this month which is awesome because I froze one for the next day at work. I love this place... haven't had a flavor yet I didn't like!
This location is never operable, no ice, machines down every time I visit location
I?m from out of town so I didn?t know much about this store. I ordered a smoothie from the app bc this store was closest to where I was. When I arrived to pick up my smoothie, they had the door locked and motioned for me to go through the drive thru. I needed to get back on the road, so I called and told them to cancel it bc I was in a hurry. No biggie. The young lady said she would cancel it, and I thought that was the end of it. One problem: she didn?t cancel it. I called back about 4 hours later to remind her to cancel the order, and the worker said, ?I poured your order out when you canceled it. That?s all I can do since you ordered through the app.? She put me on the phone with a manager who said I should call back in the morning and speak to the owner. I called back the next morning and was told that I should contact the corporate office because the store cannot refund orders from the app. I called corporate, and corporate said the store is the only one who can refund app orders. I called the store back and the same worker I spoke with at first assured me there was no way a store could issue the refund. When I mentioned that corporate told me otherwise and suggested as gently as I knew how that it could be a knowledge gap on the store?s part, she assured me she knew how to do everything at the store and that she would call corporate and speak with them herself. Long story short: Corporate escalated my complaint, sent a message to the store, and the store issued my refund a whole 3 days after I ordered my smoothie. Moral of the story: Smoothie King corporate is great with customers? this store, not so much.
