I saw one guy making sandwiches while handling his phone and using the same towel and spatula for different tasks. It was a mess everywhere. The staff smokes in the back, and their clothes are all over the dining area tables. It feels like a rundown version of Popeyes. I strongly recommend staying away from this place!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food was even worse! I was charged $29.00 for a two-piece chicken meal and a popcorn shrimp combo, but after I placed my order, five other customers were served before me. When my food finally arrived, it wasn't hot or fresh. There were barely any shrimp in the box, and the fries were stale. I was so frustrated that I ended up throwing it all in the trash. I wish I could give a negative rating of five stars! Here's an image of the shrimp box!
This is hands down the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had, from the customer service to the food itself. I placed three different orders, and each time they got it wrong. The red beans and rice had no red beans in it—just tears. My spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy at all, and the staff had an attitude about replacing it. The macaroni looked terrible, greasy, and the cheese had already separated. When I asked for a refund, the manager, Meka, refused and insisted on replacing it instead. I made it clear that I didn’t want a replacement, just a refund for the $3 mac and cheese. The cashier finally had to repeat that the mac and cheese was unfixable and that I would receive a refund. Please avoid this place!
The food was good. the garnel and rice were good! I ordered online and a pick-up time, but eating was nowhere near ready. regarding the customer service, if a customer asks for the manager, who should always contact them kindly. doesn't look like they feel and don't talk right away. if they can't take them with the problem there, they'll tell them and on. you have wasted more time by not communicating with words or even good. we all get tired, but we are expected to do our jobs. I expected more from someone named manager or sent to represent one.
There were 2 vehicles ahead of us in the drive-thru. One was at the window to be served. We were at the speaker, ready to order. We sat there without a word from anyone in the store for about 20 minutes. The sad part is that you can not pull out of the line. There is no exit. And after all of the waiting, they got our order wrong.
