Mcdonald's - Tuscaloosa

This is the worst McDonald's in the country, and I've been to a lot of them. Every time my daughter wants to go, I find myself dreading it and often suggest that we go somewhere else instead. It’s hard to believe that this location is still open given the poor quality of service and food. It feels like they need some serious help—maybe even a visit from Chick-fil-A to show them how it should be done. The only thing you find here are negative reviews, and somehow things just keep getting worse.

This restaurant is currently closed for renovations, but unfortunately, they haven't updated their status. It’s frustrating that I could have shown up for a job only to find out they weren't open.

Food was good the service was poor. The cashier just walked up to the counter and stared at me with her head leaning to one side. I stop and asked how are you today? She snapped back, fine. I just placed my ordered. When my order was ready, she just set it on the counter, just look at me and walked away.

I am very displeased every time I've gone to McDonald's McDonald's McFarland how hard the biscuits are whenever I've gotten one. I will say that the servant at the window is very sweet lady and she's always having a smile and words of encouragement but the biscuits themselves are pathetic.

I ordered two speck quarter pounders and a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, and the service was quite rude and lacking in friendliness. The food was served cold, and when I asked for sauce, they informed me it would cost an extra 40 cents.
