I have been a loyal customer of Manna for seven years now. The staff is always welcoming and provides excellent service. They offer a diverse range of products that are difficult to find elsewhere, including special supplements and allergen-friendly foods. They even have gluten-free puff pastry dough available.

What a gem of a store! I've been able to find favorite vegan snacks and health products here. They have an extensive vitamin and supplement section which is sure to meet most people's needs. I love their body product section as well, they so happen to stock my favorite skin care lines. I haven't had anything from their lunch menus yet but I've picked up pre-prepared foods and they've always been great. Last time I was there quite a few people were eating lunch. I feelcomfortable shopping here, knowing that my vegan foods will be available. This is a great store if you have dietary restrictions and struggle to find options at other local grocery stores.

This restaurant is a great spot for those looking to enjoy a meal that is both nutritious and delicious. They offer a variety of southern dishes, as well as a diverse selection of root beer and other sodas from the cooler. On 9-21-17, I tried the gumbo for lunch and it was flavorful. I also enjoyed the smoked salmon. On 11-22-17, I had the gumbo again, along with steam cabbage, collard greens, and a refreshing root beer. The grilled cheese sandwich and Greek salad were also very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying and flavorful dining experience.

I decided to have lunch at this restaurant while visiting from out of town. The food was delicious, the staff was welcoming, and the aroma as soon as you walk in is amazing.

They had a lot of different organic and clean options for a variety of products and food. I was happy to get local honey because I tend to have allergies and eating local honey is supposed to help with that. The staff was very helpful and attentive when I was trying to find the aisle with the honey on it. I am looking forward to trying their coffee and bulk spices in the future.
