Taco Mama Tuscaloosa

Food was amazing. Everything came out quickly. Nice atmosphere outside. I decided to try this place in a mood when I finished my job early. It was nearby and had good reviews. Since I traveled a lot for work, reviews are important when it comes to picking places to eat. I would like to add the good reviews to this place!

Great place. Ahi Tuna Tacos probably the best I ever had. Fried Flounder is great as well as the shrimp tacos. Slav is a little sweet, which was unexpected, but actually quite good. Street Mais is delicious. The salsa is fresh and some of the best I had. The entire vibe is cool and service is great. Probably the best place to eat in Tuscaloosa.

Great casual lunch in the heart of T-Town. I have to imagine that it can get crazy around weekends, but during the summer it's just perfect. I have a Burrito that was perfect filled with my chosen toppings and a really delicious Barbacoa. The chips are wonderfully thin and crispy with the right salt beat, paired very well with gooey queso. If you're in town, look at this. Parking nearby can be a bear, so you will find a place and go downtown a bit, you will enjoy it.

Loved it! This is my new spot. Ok so I ordered the Tenderloin Taco's and they we're awesome. You get 2 taco's, a side item, and they come with chips and salsa. They have a list of free items such as guacamole,sour cream and much more. My boyfriend had the Chicken Quesadilla, it was stuffed, you choose whats going inside. I love that idea. I could only eat one taco, it was stuffed also and he had 2 out of 5 slices of his quesadilla. It looks like a small portion but it was more than enough. Beers we're $5 buck, I had the Cucumber Margarita and it was the bomb. You can order it with a suger or salted rim. I chose salted. There is and outdoor patio area so you can watch the cars go by and smoke while having your drinks outside, It's also service pet friendly. There's a pup in one of the pics. It's a 10 for me. Please visit this establishment, You won't be disappointed.
