Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tuscaloosa

This is literally the worst chipotle I've ever had in my life. they are always from at least 2 important foods. almost everyone is always rude and every time I order online, my order is made extremely wrong. not to go here unless u wants to be treated terriblely and they want one to want their order with only 1/4 of the things they get in the rule on them.

I love chipotle! but today I was very disappointed. I ordered online when I got my order, it wasn't double rice or double ****, the bowl seemed to be thrown together. the taste of the chicken was blanching and my mild salsa was gone.

They have great things! mostly I love their tacos, chips, salsa and cheese dip (I am glad that they in.)

I walked in today and everything went in order until I went into the kick and wage division! roaches literally ran over the counter. close to the bags and the toppings area. I literally left my food there after I saw that.

The food quality has gone way down. Stale chips and gristle for meat. I'm not going back. Hopefully a district manager reads the comments. @chipotle
