Rust Licensed Gourmet Burger - Turangi

The portions are enormous and absolutely delicious! I wish I had taken a photo of the salt and pepper squid because it was fantastic. Usually, you get just enough food for one person, but this serving was easily enough for three! Definitely check this place out and enjoy!

Customer service wasn't the best BUT the food was amazing! Spicy squid (wasn't spicy but) tasted great, pulled pork burger was delicious. The crumbed brie was amazing! Friends advised Coke was a real let down as it was flat from a warm bottle that was on their counter.. I went back up for a drink but ended up grabbing water because I stood there for a while and didn't get served lol

The atmosphere was lovely, with good music playing in the background. The service was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the burger and the fried camembert, which were both tasty. I was a bit disappointed that they weren't serving cocktails at the time, but it turned out to be fine. I ordered the peri peri chicken burger, which was delicious, and the chips were perfect. The presentation was impressive as well. My partner felt that his Angus burger would have tasted even better with a quality BBQ sauce.

We received a recommendation from our guide during the alpine crossing to try this restaurant. We stopped in for a quick bite and decided to order a fair amount of food because the prices were so low, assuming the portions would be small. To our surprise, a massive amount of food arrived, along with a complimentary serving of fries! The atmosphere was charming and casual, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent—all at incredibly affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Great little place and the food is great with Tapas to share. Impressed with the quality of the food.
