The food was delicious, the service was great, and the highlight was the local dog, Buster, which the kids absolutely adored. Service, meal type (dinner), food, atmosphere all rated a perfect 5.

Overall a 4.8 star review, the texture and crunch of the fries was unreal! Nailed it! Could do with a touch less salt, especially as the bowl goes down. The aoli was delicious. The henhouse pizza was very authentic, super thin base, charred edges, and a light but flavourful arrangement of toppings. Again nailed it. The lake man beer was a great accompaniment. Our hosts were friendly and relaxed making a great dinning experience.

The only cafe in the area is decent. They have a good variety of local wines and beers, but their food selection is limited to mostly just pizza and a few other items. The pizzas are tasty, but they are made on a thin crust with minimal toppings, so they are not very filling. The prices are a bit high for what you get. It's a nice place to visit for a change, but probably not somewhere you would frequent regularly due to the cost. There are around 5 or 6 on-site parking spots and free street parking available.
