Great American Cookies - Trussville

Great place, had a nice sale going on and even had a gluten free varient for my mom who has a gluten intolerance.

It's ok, but half of the cookie flavors aren't correct at all. For example, the mocha salted caramel cookie has absolutely NO mocha taste whatsoever. It just tastes strange and extremely artificial. Same for the liquid chocolate cookies they just taste like artificial sweetener. The double chocolate tastes great as it should, it's just some of their cookies are strange and artificial.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!! Was there earlier today, had the best customer service. Cudos to that manager for training their people right. They could use a sign at the end of the road saying they're there. If I would'nt have drove up the hill I would have never known.

All of the employees are very nice, ive been doing construction on the new dental office next door and these ladies have been great! We are over there at least 10+ times a day getting our refills and cookies!!! Thank ya'll so much.

I was craving cookies and found this location at the strip mall but was quickly disappointed by poor customer service today (9-20-19). The woman working today at 3:30pm seemed annoyed and reluctant to assist me in selecting a cookie. When I told her I had changed my mind altogether about purchasing anything she proceeded to roll her eyes and walked away. This is the first time I have ever experienced such poor service at a Great American Cookies location and I do not plan on returning if she is a reflection of how customer service is handled at this location.
