The Three Earred Rabbit - Trussville

You are only open five hours a day, five days a week. How do you start shutting everything down 15 minutes before and turn away customers who are there 20 minutes before closing? We just wanted to get a soda but were ultimately turned away. They said to come on Friday when they are open later. Also, I worked in the restaurant/food industry for 10-plus years, so I understand what it 's like for people coming in right before closing, but I couldn 't imagine what my boss would have said if I told them to come back another day because we shut down 15 minutes before close when there is 20 minutes left.

Excellent place for a light lunch with a large variety of deserts. Menu is mostly delicious sandwiches, but they have hotdogs also. I never tried their hotdogs. Any type of milkshake you desire.
