Tide Cafe - Townsville

Tide Cafe had been mentioned in a number of my friend's conversations, and I wanted to see what all the talk was about. In retrospect, the cafe emitted a seaside vibe with an urban twist. The coffee was the best I'd had in a while, and the breakfast while being quite generous, easily lasted the entire conversation. The service was welcoming and on key with the busy atmosphere. Additional touches such as dog beds and waterbowls stated a welcoming environment for our fury friends. Overall, the minimalist, creative use of space was inviting and while our food did take a little longer to arrive than other places, the well placed position of the cafe captured the aesthetics of the area which kept us occupied. Highly recommended!

Was recommended to try the coffee at Tide and I was very impressed, one of the few places I'd recommend for a great Coffee in Townsville. I even got to meet the owner to my surprise that served me and made my coffee, very professional, friendly and great customer service from him. Will be going back when I'm on the strand in the future.
