Hungry Jack's - Townsville

I visited this restaurant on multiple occasions and received poor service. After waiting 20 minutes for our order and asking several employees, including the shift manager, where our meal was, nobody acknowledged the issue or apologized. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect. One of our party had a child with a milk allergy who was served a meal with cheese, and another ordered a tropical burger but received a regular burger instead. The manager was notified of the mistakes and we demanded a full refund.

I now understand why I haven't been to Hungry Jack's in three years. My last visit was awful; this visit was also terrible, but much pricier. We had to return a grilled chicken because it was as tough as leather. The burgers were cold and unappetizing. Never again!

This restaurant serves coffee without sugar. Enjoy your coffee without any worries and start your day off right as a satisfied traveler.

This is the slowest almost food I've ever experienced and the girl who commands the loudspeaker has to get a personality about her. it sounds like the customers are an inconvenience for their night!

My partner and I come here on our lunch breaks sometimes and it's always so clean and quiet. The employees are also very polite and efficient. It is by far my favourite one in Townsville. The food's always fresh too every time and I can't...fault this establishment. They really deserve an award.
